是 — 應用在運行時不發起任何網絡請求，只有一處由您掌控的例外：Help → Check for Updates 僅在您點擊時連接一次 tpee.app，將您的建置與最新版本比較。沒有遙測，沒有自動檢查，寫提示詞也不需要賬戶。其餘全部保持完全離線 — 可以用您的防火牆驗證；我們鼓勵這樣做。（網站和 Stripe 結賬顯然是在線的。）

Software that helps you write prompts more deliberately instead of free-typing them. TPEE (Toptronic^® Prompt Engineering Editor) structures every prompt into 12 sections — Persona, Instructions, Context, Technical Specifications, Format, Audience, Tone, Data, Examples, Graphics, MCP Servers and Agents — checks each for completeness and scores the result 0–100. It runs 100% offline on Windows.

You don't need one — but free-typed prompts are inconsistent, and re-trying a weak prompt costs real tokens and time. TPEE gives you a repeatable structure and a quality score before you spend anything. If you only prompt occasionally, ChatGPT's box is fine; if you prompt for work every day, structure pays for itself.

It's designed to. Most wasted tokens come from re-running a vague prompt until the model finally understands you. TPEE's 12-section structure and 0–100 score catch the gaps before you send anything, and its 185 model profiles with API character limits help you size prompts to the model you're paying for. Fewer retries = fewer tokens. (The app itself never calls a model — the savings are in how you prompt.)

It's a different tool for a different job. PromptLayer and LangSmith are cloud platforms for logging, versioning and evaluating prompts at scale. TPEE is an offline Windows desktop editor that helps you write structured, high-scoring prompts before you deploy them. If you're a solo developer or small team tired of SaaS subscriptions, TPEE covers the authoring side with a one-time price.

Privacy and ownership. A cloud prompt tool can see every prompt you type. TPEE runs entirely on your PC — no network calls, no account, no telemetry (you can verify with a firewall). Your prompts never leave your machine until you paste them into an LLM yourself.
