授權

1. 每次購買 TPEE 都是一份永久、不可轉讓的授權 — 一次付費，應用歸您使用。
2. Starter：1 位使用者。Professional：1 位商業使用者。Gift of the Future 是為他人購買的 Professional 授權，透過電郵交付給對方。
3. Student 和 Job Seeker 方案各為 20 美元，採用申請審核制，授權僅限該申請人本人使用。

更新

Starter licenses include 6 months of updates starting on the purchase date. Professional licenses include 12 months of updates starting on the purchase date. Student and Job Seeker licenses include 4 months of updates from the approval date. After the update window the app keeps working forever — it runs offline and has no clock to expire — but you stop receiving new builds. We do not promise a renewal price today; that's a future decision and we'll publish it before it matters.

交付

TPEE 以下載形式交付（MSI 安裝包和便攜 ZIP — 同一構建版本）。您的個人下載鏈接在 7 天或 5 次下載內有效（以先到者為準）；新鏈接可在下載頁免費取得。沒有授權密鑰，也沒有激活 — 任何此類機制都與離線設計相悖。

合理使用

1. 請勿再分發安裝包或公開張貼您的下載鏈接 — 鏈接是個人專屬且有次數上限的。
2. 請勿轉售或再授權該應用。
3. Beta 測試者：BETA30 代碼為單次使用，適用於您首次購買 Professional，並附有Beta 頁面所述的每月反饋承諾。

最低法律要求

TPEE 按現狀提供；我們保證您收到的下載版本與我們發佈的構建版本一致（可通過 SHA-256 驗證），並且其功能與本網站描述一致。在法律允許的範圍內，責任以您支付的金額為限。所有銷售均為最終狀態。在適用法律賦予您退款權利的情況下，退款將通過 Stripe 辦理，並扣除支付服務商不可退還的手續費。Toptronic^® 營運於中國香港；價格以美元計，不含税。本條款不限制您的法定消費者權利。
